We accept most major insurance plans.
Please call the office to make an appointment in advance. If you’re unable to keep your appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance so we may use that time to see another patient in need of care. We make a sincere effort to adhere to our appointment schedule and appreciate your patience if we are late due to emergencies or hospital surgery.
Fees & Payments
We make every effort to provide cost effective medical care. Payment for all non-covered services and co-payments are due at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express for your convenience. If we are a participating provider of your insurance company, we’ll bill them. However, payment is the patient’s responsibility. If you do not currently have insurance, please contact our office to further discuss payment options.
Prescriptions & Renewals
Please request all prescriptions and authorizations for renewals between 8:30am and 3:30pm, Monday through Thursday, when our full records and physicians are readily available. We cannot guarantee a prescription or renewal on Friday; however, if you are in need – please contact the office and ask to have to appropriate coordinator paged. We will do everything in our power to ensure prescriptions and authorization renewals are handled in a timely manner. Renewals requested at any other time will be filled only for extreme or emergent circumstances.
If an emergency occurs during regular office hours, please contact our office and ask to have the appropriate clinical coordinator paged. After office hours, your call will be handled by our answering service. A physician is always available or on call. If necessary, please go directly to the nearest emergency room.
