Neighborhood House’s Young Star 5 Early Childhood Programs are among the top 7% in the city and have a long legacy of excellence.

We offer quality care that challenges young minds, develops social and emotional skills and gets kids ready for school, ages 6 weeks to 5 years, regardless of income. Hands on sensory exploration, storytelling and rich experiences in the natural world.

Early Headstart

Is open especially for families with children ages 6 weeks to 2 1/2 with childcare subsidy, families with incomes below federal poverty guidelinesworking or student parents, parents of children with special needs, and families with foster children. Infant formula & diapers is provided in class.

Preschool and Early Child Care

Provides a safe, intimate setting where children ages 6 weeks to 6 years can learn, explore, play, and grow. YoungStar 5-star rated, and long recognized for excellence in early childhood education, ECP is focused on social/emotional and physical growth that leads to school readiness. The caring staff is highly accredited and maintains low student-teacher ratios.
